- Shop minimum: $100 for any tattoo, no matter how small. This covers setup, sterile single-use equipment, and the artist's time.
- Hourly rate: $200 per hour for larger or more detailed work.
- Smaller tattoos are usually quoted up front at a flat price rather than by the hour.
Not every tattoo is priced by the hour — it depends on the size and detail. For a bigger project, your artist will estimate the number of sessions and hours involved during your consultation.
What affects the price of a tattoo?
Two tattoos of the same size can cost very different amounts. The biggest factors are:
